Christina Scaturro

Christina Scaturro is the co-owner and vice president of eAppraisal, and she has over 25 years’ experience within the appraisal profession and has appraised homes in both Arizona and Southern California. As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Christina currently appraises homes in the greater Phoenix metro area. She is an expert in FHA, multi-family homes, high-dollar properties, manufactured homes, REO properties and new construction.

Jeff Scaturro

Jeff Scaturro is the co-owner and president of eAppraisal, and he appraises homes as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the greater Phoenix metro area and in Prescott/Prescott Valley. Jeff has over 25 years’ experience appraising homes in Arizona, California, and Michigan, and his expertise is in single-family residential, income-producing, and FHA property appraisals. 

Jeni Demos

Jeni Demos has over 7 years of experience working with eAppraisal Company. She graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from California State University San Marcos in 2018. She is currently certified as a residential appraiser in Arizona and covers Maricopa county. 

Christian Demos

Christian Demos is a Southern California native who graduated High School in Corona California before attending California State University of San Marcos for Biology. Christian began working in Residential Appraisals in early 2021.  He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, covering all of Maricopa County as well as parts of Pinal and Yavapai.  Christian specializes in FHA, SFR, Multi-Family, High dollar, New construction and more.

Joseph Scaturro

Joseph Scaturro has worked with eAppraisal Company since 2019;  however, spent most of his life growing up around the Real Estate Appraisal profession. Joseph is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is also FHA Approved. He covers all of metro Phoenix and outlying areas. Joseph specializes in single family detached, condominiums, manufactured homes, and new constructions.
